Designed by Fernando Fischmann, this pool is the largest one in the entire world! Located in Algarrobo, Chile, at the San Alfonso del Mar Resort it covers 19.77 acres! The deep end of the pool is a crazy 115-feet deep. But don't worry about it being too cold because this pool is solar heated to a perfect 80 degrees. Maybe you're not so into swimming or floating around in the sun, well you can kayak and sail on this pool too. That's right the crisp, clear waters span so far that it's possible, folks. It took five years to build but dang was it worth it. The pool will collect and filter ocean water creating a lagoon. Therefore, no chemicals are used and no waste water reaches the ocean. I know where I'm vacationing next!
