A Child Dies One Hour After Swimming In A Public Pool. Every Parent Needs To See This.

Bringing your child to the pool is often seen as a fun summer activity -- and it should be! However, it's important to be aware of any potential risks your child may face while frolicking in the water.
Everyone knows to keep an eye on their child while playing in the water, but it's generally assumed that once play time is over, so are any risks associated with pool time fun. However, that isn't the case. Although extremely rare, it is possible for a anyone (although children are more susceptible) to experience dry drowning or secondary drowning, hours after leaving the pool. This was the case when tragedy struck in South Carolina; causing Cassandra Jackson's son Johnny to be taken from her way too soon. After learning the cause of death, Cassandra was shocked -- she had walked home with the pool with him thinking he was perfectly fine.

Whatever your summer plans are, make sure to take special care when water is involved.
